Rates and Restrictions

The following is a summary of the rates and restrictions that may be disclosed to users.

Rates Overview

GPU and storage rates are displayed based on real-time pricing data provided by the backend. Rates are typically converted to a per-minute or per-hour basis.

  • GPU rates: Varies by model (performance/VRAM, etc.).
  • Storage rates: Calculated in GB and added to the selected disk capacity.
  • Tiered rates: Some models offer tiered pricing levels, such as Entry/Midrange/High-End.

Billing Rates by Billing Status

Billing rates vary depending on the container status:

  • Running: The resource is active and is billed at 100%.
  • Stopped: The container is paused and is billed at 30%. Data is preserved in this state.
  • Deleted: The container has been deleted and is billed at 0%. However, any data not backed up after the deletion point cannot be recovered.
Important: While data is preserved when stopped, deleting a container will result in the loss of any data not backed up by the user. Be sure to back up important data before deleting.

Initial Credit Requirements and Creation Conditions

Creating a container requires a certain amount of credit in your account:

  • When creating a container, your account must have at least 30 minutes of credit available. This amount corresponds to 30 minutes of estimated charges based on the selected resource configuration.
  • If the minimum requirements are not met, your creation request will be rejected or you will be prompted to recharge the account on the creation screen.

(Note) The "Minimum Credit Requirements" displayed in the UI vary depending on the selected GPU and storage configuration.

Billing Units and Initial Charges

Billing is processed in increments greater than the minute:

  • Charges are charged in 10-minute increments (e.g., 10 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes, etc.).
  • When a container is first started, the first 10 minutes are charged upfront. This means that the 10-minute charge is charged immediately upon startup.

Behavior and Notifications When Funds Are Low

The following policies apply when funds are low:

  • If your account balance is low, the container will automatically be moved to the Stopped state. While suspended, data will be preserved, but the suspended status fee (30%) will continue to be charged.
  • If the balance is not recharged after suspension, it will not be automatically deleted for a certain period of time (up to 14 days). Payment and recovery instructions will be sent via email until deletion.
  • If the balance is still not recharged after 14 days, the container will be automatically deleted. After deletion, any data not backed up will not be recovered.
Notice: Containers suspended due to insufficient balance require recharging to resume service. Please take steps to recover or back up your account according to the email sent before deletion.

Key Limitations

  • Disk Capacity: The UI provides a selectable range, and the system enforces minimum and maximum values (e.g., a minimum of 12 GB for OS operation).
  • Container Options: Some combinations may have minimum recharge credits or specific resource constraints.
  • Payment Failure/Insufficient Balance: If the payment balance is insufficient, resource creation will be blocked and you will be notified of the insufficient balance.

Unit Conversion and Cost Estimation

The UI converts the per-minute price provided by the backend into hourly/monthly units and displays them in a user-friendly format. The exact cost will vary depending on the resource configuration (selected GPU, disk capacity, etc.).
