Review and Continue the Inquiry

  • After you submit an inquiry, you can review the progress for that request.
  • When a response is added, you can continue the conversation in the same inquiry flow.
  • You can check the current status from the inquiry list.

  • Do not include sensitive personal or security information directly in the message body.
  • Focus on the problem, how to reproduce it, and any relevant error messages.
  • If the team needs to trace a payment or job, share only the identifying information required for support.
