- You can create a new inquiry from the Contact Us menu.
- Use a clear title and describe the issue in enough detail to help the team understand the situation.
- If needed, attach screenshots or supporting files.
Review and Continue the Inquiry
- After you submit an inquiry, you can review the progress for that request.
- When a response is added, you can continue the conversation in the same inquiry flow.
- You can check the current status from the inquiry list.
Important Notes
- Do not include sensitive personal or security information directly in the message body.
- Focus on the problem, how to reproduce it, and any relevant error messages.
- If the team needs to trace a payment or job, share only the identifying information required for support.
